Job Summary
We are seeking an Insolvency Manager in Bath to manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and liquidations. This client-facing role involves case strategy, compliance, and statutory reporting, while mentoring junior staff and supporting business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage corporate insolvency cases: CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and liquidations
* Act as main contact for directors, stakeholders, and professional advisors
* Oversee case strategy, statutory compliance, and reporting
* Review statements of affairs, reports, and case documentation
* Mentor and supervise junior team members, supporting development
* Contribute to business development and strengthen professional networks
About You
* CPI / JIEB qualified or working towards qualification
* Strong corporate insolvency experience in professional services
* Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
* Commercially aware and able to manage competing priorities
