Job Summary
We are seeking a Accounts Partner in Swindon to manage and grow a diverse client portfolio, delivering innovative accounting and tax solutions. You will lead and mentor teams, drive business development, and ensure high-quality, profitable service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and expand a portfolio of technically complex clients (£500k+)
* Deliver efficient, high-quality accounting and tax services with focus on risk management
* Mentor and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
* Lead business development initiatives and cross-service opportunities
* Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement and tailored solutions
* Oversee WIP, debtors, and firm risk exposure
* Sign off on routine accounts, tax returns, engagement letters, and quotes for new business
About You
* ACA or ACCA qualified with senior leadership experience
* Proven track record in client portfolio growth and business development
* Experienced in leading and motivating high-performing teams
* Strategic thinker with commercial acumen
* Strong relationship management and communication skills
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire | Commutable from Marlborough, Chippenham, Cirencester, and surrounding areas
