Credit Controller
*Hourly Salary: Up to £14.36 Per Hour
*Location: Ipswich, IP3
*Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
*Immediate Start: 12-week duration
We are seeking a Credit Controller to join our Finance department on an immediate basis for a 12-week period. This role is crucial in supporting the wider organisation and our front-line colleagues. It offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to begin or expand their career in Facilities Management.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Collect outstanding debts on allocated customer accounts using telephone, letter, and statements.
*Provide weekly reports to the Billings & Collections Manager.
*Distribute weekly aged transaction reports.
*Coordinate the resolution of customer queries.
*Monitor customer credit limits and maintain company credit policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Right to work in the UK.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Ability to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
