Job Description:
Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Field Sales Executive on behalf of our valued client.
This Field Sales Executive opportunity is ideal for a confident, proactive individual who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and loves being out on the road meeting people.
As the appointed Field Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business growth, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the ongoing success of the wider sales team.
About the RoleIn this dynamic, field-based position, no two days are the same. You’ll be out meeting businesses, uncovering opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
*Winning new business – generating your own leads, prospecting, and cold-calling within your territory
*Meeting clients face-to-face – presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals
*Managing your own pipeline – planning your week, organising appointments, and following up on enquiries
*Building strong relationships – becoming a trusted point of contact for new customers
*Achieving and exceeding sales targets – maximising your commission and contributing to team success
*Staying informed – keeping up to date with product knowledge and market trends to stay ahead of competitors
This is a role where your performance directly drives your earnings and progression.

You will be:
*Confident and engaging, with the ability to build rapport quickly
*Target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed and earn uncapped commission
*Proactive and resilient, comfortable with cold-calling and new business development
*Organised and self-motivated, able to plan your own diary and manage your territory effectively
*Experienced in sales or customer-facing roles (field sales experience is an advantage, but not essential)
*A full UK driving licence holder
