Purchase Ledger Assistant, Camberley, to £36k + Bonus (OTE £38k)


We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Purchase Ledger Assistant to a busy group finance team and support the smooth, efficient running of the purchase ledger function. Key Responsibilities:


*Process purchase invoices and related documentation with speed and accuracy.
*Maintain up-to-date, accurate supplier accounts and resolve queries promptly.
*Ensure timely supplier payments within agreed terms.
*Operate accounting and in-house software systems to manage invoice processing and supplier contact data.
*Liaise closely with colleagues to support daily operational needs.
*Conduct supplier account and statement reconciliations when required.
*Suggest improvements to the purchasing cycle and assist with ad hoc tasks to support the wider business.
