Job Description:
Our Client are looking for an experienced Day Concierge to join their team at a luxury residential development based in East London.
Working 4 on 4 off, with the hours of 8am - 6pm (10 hours a day, average 35 hours per week). 1-hour unpaid lunch.
Salary is £26,204 annually
Duties include:
*Managing deliveries and contractors, assisting residents, and acting as first point of contact for emergencies.
*Supporting residents, escorting them to lifts, and providing assistance to colleagues as required.
*Liaising with residents whose apartments have direct lift access, ensuring discretion and tailored support.
*Carrying out patrols covering landscaped grounds, residential blocks, facilities, car park and plant rooms.
*Monitoring CCTV systems throughout the estate.
*Completing all Health & Safety checks as required and reporting issues to management.
*Completing handover documentation.
*Opening and closing the leisure facilities at the beginning and end of the staffed day.
*Responding to resident queries (in person, by phone, or email).
*Assisting residents with minor apartment issues or escalating matters to 24/7 management support when necessary.
*Occasionally dealing with leaks or similar urgent issues, taking precautionary measures until specialist support arrives.
*Deliver outstanding customer service to all residents and visitors.
*Provide a warm, professional welcome at all times.
*Anticipate and respond proactively to resident needs.
*Assist with general front-of-house duties including parcel management and key handling.
*Support with emergency procedures and ensure site safety protocols are followed.
*Act as a strong ambassador for the development and managing agent.
