Job Description:
We’re looking for an accomplished Interim Finance Business Partner to join a fast-growing, infrastructure-focused organisation undergoing significant transformation. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, commercially driven environment and enjoys working closely with senior leaders to influence decision-making. Key responsibilities include:
-Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business, providing clear financial insight, challenge, and strategic support
-Leading financial analysis and modelling to support commercial decisions, investment cases, and operational performance
-Supporting both CAPEX planning and evaluation, ensuring robust governance and alignment with strategic priorities
-Working closely with sales and commercial teams to drive revenue performance, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance visibility of key drivers
-Translating complex financial information into meaningful insights for non-finance stakeholders
-Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles during a period of rapid growth
The successful applicant will be:
-Fully qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA
-Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role, ideally within a fast-paced or scaling environment
-Strong track record of working with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and challenging constructively
-Experience supporting both CAPEX investment and sales/revenue-related activities
-Commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
