Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Fairford
Pay: £12.71 - £13.50 per hour
Job OverviewResponsive Personnel are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touch points.
Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor:*Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
*Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
*Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
*Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
*Maintain and update customer records in internal systems
*Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
*Meet individual and team performance targets (e.g. response times, customer satisfaction scores)
*Continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills
Skills & Experience Required*Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role (preferred but not essential)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
*Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
*Good IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Personal Attributes*Friendly and approachable manner
*Empathetic and patient with customers
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Reliable and punctual
