IFA Administrator / Junior Paraplanner
London (near Cannon Street)
£30,000–£42,000
Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home**
*Are you an experienced IFA Administrator who has begun your Diploma exams and is ready to move confidently into paraplanning?

Client Overview
This is a well established financial planning firm of around 100 employees, based close to Cannon Street. Paraplanning is a core function within the business, supported by a dedicated Paraplanning Manager who is known for developing talent from early stages.
It is an ideal environment for individuals who have built strong administrative foundations and begun their exams, or junior paraplanners wanting structured growth. Several candidates we have placed here remain in the firm and continue to thrive.
Role Details
*Supporting advisers and paraplanners across a broad range of private client work including pensions, investments, protection and estate planning.
*Preparing client packs, managing pipelines, processing applications and gathering information while beginning to learn suitability report fundamentals.
*Gradual exposure to technical research, calculations and suitability report drafting with support from a highly experienced Paraplanning Manager.
*Access to full administrative support from the wider client services team, allowing you to transition into paraplanning at the right pace.
*Suitable for experienced IFA Administrators with early exam progress, or junior Paraplanners looking to continue developing their technical skills.
