Every day is different, and your role will be key in helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and develop essential life skills.
The Role:
You will be working closely with class teachers and therapists to provide 1:1 and small group support, helping to create a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment. This may include supporting communication (verbal and non-verbal), assisting with personal care, and helping manage behaviours in a positive and proactive way.
What you’ll be doing:
*Providing 1:1 and small group support
*Supporting pupils with communication and learning activities
*Helping manage behaviour in a calm and positive way
*Assisting with personal care where required
*Creating a structured, engaging, and safe learning environment
We want to hear from you if you are:
*Energetic, patient, and ready to get stuck in
*Passionate about working with children or young people with SEN
*Resilient and calm under pressure
*A strong team player with great communication skills
*Looking for a long-term or full-time opportunity
No SEN experience? No problem. If you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll support you every step of the way.
