Duties
*Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play, ensuring they are age-appropriate and cater to individual needs.
*Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records to support their development.
*Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
*Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and well-organised at all times.
*Implement safeguarding policies and procedures to protect the welfare of all children in your care.
*Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
*Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
*A recognized qualification in Early Years Education ( Level 3 or above).
*Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting is desirable.
*Strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents.
*Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
*A passion for nurturing children’s growth and development in a supportive environment.
*Enhanced DBS check will be required prior to employment.
