An established accountancy practice in Basingstoke is recruiting an Audit Semi Senior to join its growing audit team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified auditor looking to develop their career within a professional practice environment.
The Role
* Assist with the planning and delivery of statutory audit assignments
* Perform audit fieldwork and prepare audit working papers
* Prepare draft statutory accounts for review
* Liaise directly with clients during audit assignments
* Support Audit Seniors and Managers with audit completion
* Supervise and support junior members of the audit team
Candidate Profile
* Previous UK audit experience within an accountancy practice (essential)
* Studying towards ACA or ACCA (or equivalent)
* Experience working on audits from planning to completion
* Knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
* Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
