Reed Education is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and proactive Higher-Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support our fantastic network of Primary Schools across the London Boroughs.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading whole-class lessons in the teacher’s absence
*Supporting pupils with a variety of learning needs
*Collaborating with teachers and senior staff to enhance teaching and learning
*Helping to deliver engaging school-wide initiatives
What We’re Looking For
*HLTA qualification or extensive, proven experience as a Teaching Assistant
*Confidence leading whole-class teaching
*A flexible, proactive, and positive approach
*A genuine passion for working with primary-aged children
