£32,000 | Full-Time | Outskirts of Ipswich
Driving Licence Essential
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all Food & Beverage operations within a luxury resort on the outskirts of Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a senior team and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across the resort
*Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
*Maintain excellent service standards and guest experience
*Manage stock control, suppliers, and budgets
*Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and hygiene standards
*Support rota planning and labour cost control
*Work closely with HODs and support events
About You
*Experience in a Food & Beverage management role
*Strong leadership and organisational skills
*Commercially focused and results-driven
*Excellent communication and team development abilities
*Full UK driving licence and access to transport (essential)
