Page Outsourcing is delighted to partner with Care Quality Pharmacy, one of the UK’s leading specialist care-home pharmacy providers, to recruit a skilled and motivated Dispensing Assistant to join their expanding clinical operations team in Coventry.
Care Quality Pharmacy supports care organisations across the UK with safe, efficient and compliant medicines management. Their purpose-built dispensing hub delivers high-quality pharmacy services powered by clinical expertise, modern technology and strong values centred around patient care.

Description
As a Dispensing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You’ll support the wider clinical team, meet internal targets, maintain compliance standards and ensure every prescription is handled with accuracy and care.
Key Responsibilities
*Dispense prescriptions daily with high accuracy
*Support the clinical team with routine operational tasks
*Work to internal dispensing quality and performance targets
*Maintain compliance with legal, ethical and professional standards
*Manage prescription labelling and workflow
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, Pharmacists)
*Contribute to a positive, friendly and team-focused environment
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm with alternative Saturdays (weekday will be in lieu)
Profile
*A detail-focused, accurate and highly organised individual with strong communication skills and solid numeracy/IT ability (including intermediate Excel).
*Proactive and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, pressurised environment, with experience following regulated processes and working in high-accuracy roles within pharmacy or similar settings.
*Professional, reliable, positive and patient-focused, with a collaborative approach and a genuine ambition to learn and grow.
*Holds NVQ Level 2 Dispensing Assistant as a minimum
