Mobile Device Support Engineer
Location: London (5 days onsite)
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000

VIQU have partnered with a prestigious global law firm to recruit a Mobile Device Support Engineer to support a high-performing, client-facing environment. This is an opportunity to join a professional, fast-paced organisation where technology and service excellence are critical to daily operations.
The Role
As a Mobile Device Support Engineer, you will be the onsite specialist for mobile device services, delivering high-quality support across the full device lifecycle. Working in a white-glove environment, you’ll support end users with everything from device setup and troubleshooting to large-scale rollout initiatives.
This role combines hands-on technical support with coordination responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both user interaction and structured delivery.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide onsite technical support for mobile devices (iOS & Android)
*Manage device provisioning, configuration, deployment, and replacement
*Support user onboarding and device rollout projects
*Handle mobile service requests including activations, changes, and terminations
*Maintain accurate inventory tracking and SIM management
*Act as a key point of contact for end users, delivering a high level of service
*Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery
*Maintain documentation, service records, and reporting
*Identify and implement service improvements where possible
Key Skills & Experience
*Proven experience in mobile device support, EUC, or onsite IT support
*Strong knowledge of iOS and Android environments
*Experience with device deployment, onboarding, or rollout activities
*Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
*Strong communication skills, with experience supporting professional users
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Experience with SIM management and device lifecycle processes is desirable
