About the RolePastoral Managers at City of Birmingham School play a central role in creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for pupils with a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioural needs. *Committed to safeguarding and equality, consistently promoting safe practice, inclusive approaches, and high expectations for all pupils.
*Open to professional learning, willing to develop their expertise and contribute to staff training and the wider development of the school’s pastoral provision.
