Car Driver Essential
We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a stunning countryside hotel on the outskirts of Ipswich. Set within 320 acres of beautiful parkland, the venue features an indoor pool and spa, two championship golf courses, and multiple dining outlets offering a mix of international cuisine with a modern British twist.
The Role
*Work as part of a busy brigade across multiple food outlets
*Prepare and deliver fresh, seasonal dishes for à la carte and buffet service
*Support senior chefs in maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
*Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
About You
*Passionate about fresh produce and quality cooking
*Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
*Creative, hardworking, and a strong team player
*Good knowledge of health & safety and kitchen hygiene
*Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*Driving licence and own transport essential due to location
