Aftersales Manager – Main Dealer
Location: Oxford
Salary: Up to £40,000pa
OTE: Up to £60,000pa
+ Company Car
Ethos Recruitment are delighted to partner with our industry leading dealership client who are now looking to appoint an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead and develop their Aftersales departments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a results driven Aftersales Manager looking for their next challenge.
The Aftersales Manager Role:
*Full responsibility for the Aftersales department (Service & Parts)
*Managing the Aftersales department teams
*Driving labour sales, parts sales, efficiency, and utilisation
*Monitoring KPIs and delivering strong departmental profitability
*Ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)
*Managing budgets, forecasts, and reporting to senior management
*Ensuring compliance with FCA and Health & Safety regulations
*Recruiting, training, and developing staff
The Ideal Candidate for the Aftersales Manager role:
*Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or experienced Service Manager ready to step up
*Strong financial and commercial awareness
*Track record of improving performance and profitability
*Excellent leadership and motivational skills
*Customer-focused with strong organisational ability
*Full UK driving licence
