The Role
*Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
*Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation
*Help lead and develop the kitchen team
*Contribute to seasonal menu creation
*Ensure high standards of hygiene and compliance
About You
*Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous background in a quality-led kitchen
*AA Rosette experience desirable
*Passion for fresh, modern British cuisine
*Strong leadership and organisational skills
*Full UK driving licence and own transport required
