Temporary HR Advisor

Hybrid - 3 days working from home, 2 days in Sutton
Start: ASAP
Hours: 35 per week - can be 9-5, 8-4 etc
Reed HR are looking for an experienced HR Advisor or HR Manager to join our client for a short-term assignment supporting ER casework, restructure activity, and providing advisory guidance to senior stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
*Manage ER cases confidently
*Support restructure processes
*Provide clear, practical HR advice
*Work closely with senior leaders
This role is perfect for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver quickly.
Our client will consider HR Managers, HR Consultants, HR BP, HR Generalist etc who can start ASAP.
