Job Description:
Time Appointments are recruiting on behalf of a company based on the outskirts of Colchester, who are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator / Valuer. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to progress their career within the property industry.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:
*Organise property viewings, ensuring clients are well-informed about properties
*Negotiate offers
*Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
*Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth progress of deals
*Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing enquiries, and updating the CRM system
*Manage and develop client relationships through effective communication and negotiation


Skills & Experience Required:
*Previous Estate Agency experience
*Valid UK Drivers licence
*Proven administration experience
*Strong communication skills
