Job Description:
Grafton Banks Finance are partnering with a well-established business in the Horsham area, who are looking to recruit a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant until the end of 2026. This role will be supporting a sizeable finance function, with a range of accounts payable related duties.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Processing high-volume invoices, including multi-currency and intercompany invoices.
*Liaising with suppliers
*Statement reconciliations
*Processing payment runs
*Bank reconciliations
Ideal Candidate:
*Proven experience in accounts payable/purchase ledger
*Available on immediate notice
*Ability to commute to Horsham area, on a hybrid basis
*Confident using a variety of finance systems, including Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables etc.)
