Our client provide person centred domiciliary, supported living and complex children’s care with a variety of different needs and requirements.
The Deputy Manager will assist and work closely alongside the Registered Manager in the planning, organising and management of our care plans. To take lead responsibility for key areas as designated by the Registered Manager. You will be required to foster good morale and team spirit amongst the staff team. Ensure the highest standards of physical, social and emotional care is offered, exceeding any guidance and standards set.
Deputy Manager experience and qualifications:
*Ideally an NVQ Level 3 or above in care
*Experience working as a deputy manager or supporting the RM in a healthcare setting
Deputy Manager role and package details:
*Location: Office based in Preston
*Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (On call once every 3 weeks but it’s during office hours)
*Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum negotiable, holiday pay, pension, blue light card benefits
