Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:*Support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, ensuring their individual learning needs are met
*Assist with classroom activities and adapt learning resources to suit individual students’ requirements
*Help students to develop their social and emotional skills
*Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued
*Provide feedback to teachers and SENCO on student progress and areas for improvement
*Support students during break times, ensuring their safety and well-being
*Assist with personal care where needed (depending on student needs)
