You will provide technical tax advice, oversee personal tax compliance, manage client relationships, and drive business development. This senior role combines client delivery, practice leadership, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a portfolio of private clients, providing commercial and technical tax advice
* Oversee personal tax compliance and manage client expectations, billing, and risk
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, including cross-selling services
* Contribute to team leadership, training, recruitment, and professional development
* Maintain expertise in UK personal tax law and represent the firm in technical forums
* Produce internal and external technical materials, publications, and presentations
About You
* Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with extensive private client tax experience
* Strong knowledge of UK private client tax law and practice
* Experienced in producing bespoke technical tax advice and publications
* Leadership experience with ability to develop and mentor teams
* Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
* Strategic, entrepreneurial, and client-focused
