Responsibilities of Pastry Chef
*Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, traybakes, scones, pastries, and desserts daily
*Ensure all products are presented to a high standard
*Manage stock levels, ordering, and ingredient rotation
*Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment
*Work closely with the café team to meet customer demand, especially during busy periods
About you
*Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role
*Passion for baking with strong attention to detail
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced front facing environment
*Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
*A creative approach to menu development
*Good time management and organisational skills
