Job Description:
We are looking for an exceptional recruiter to join our team in a varied and essential role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high quality administrative and compliance support.
In this role, you will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, from receiving the initial brief through to shortlisting and coordinating interviews. You will advertise opportunities across both internal and external job boards, manage candidate responses, and ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the process. You will play a key role in identifying and preparing candidates for interview across a diverse range of roles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration or HR, along with a solid understanding of compliance requirements within recruitment. You will be highly organised, detail oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities while always maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
