Chief Operating Officer – Financial Technology
Harper May is partnering with a financial technology business that is looking to appoint a Chief Operating Officer to help drive operational performance across the organisation. The Role
Working closely with the senior leadership team, the Chief Operating Officer will take responsibility for overseeing the operational running of the business. The role will centre on improving how the organisation functions day to day, ensuring teams, systems, and processes are aligned to support wider commercial objectives and sustainable growth.

Candidate Profile
*Proven senior operational leadership experience within financial technology or a technology-led environment
*Strong background managing operations within regulated or complex businesses
*Experience developing and improving operational frameworks
*Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
*Commercially minded with a practical, solutions-focused approach
*Experience leading cross-functional teams
*Able to balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational delivery
