Job Description:
We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a reputable property company based in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. Working hours:
*9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
*Alternate Saturdays
*Full-time position
The successful Sales Negotiator role will be offered:
*Basic salary ranging from £24,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
*OTE £30,000- £35,000
*22 holidays plus bank holidays
*Standard pension scheme
Sales Negotiator requirements:
*UK Driving License is essential
*Previous experience in sales within an estate agency - minimum of 1 year
*Committed to delivering top customer service
*The ability to work independently, as well as part of a wider team
*Strong communication skills
As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
*Sales progression
*Book and conduct property viewings
*Negotiate offers with buyers and vendors
*Coordinate with buyers/vendors, solicitors, and the wider internal team to facilitate smooth transactions
*Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates
*Assist with valuations and property listings as and when required
