Job Description:
Looking for a new part-time role in Ely?
We’re recruiting for an Invoice Coordinator on a part-time basis, working 18-22 hours per week, either over 3, 4 or 5 days per week.
Offering flexibility over start and finish times and excellent benefits, this 6-month fixed term contract is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team.
You will be responsible for timely and accurate reporting as well as invoicing, with specific duties including:
*Prepare process and post invoices
*Ensure billing/cost allocation activities are accurate
*Ensure all completed work is invoiced by the close of each month
*Update the system with information around jobs completed
*Respond to invoice queries swiftly
*Prepare credit notes
*Daily reports
We’re looking for an excellent organiser who has high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Good knowledge of Word and Excel as well as experience in data handling / administration is essential.
Location:
Ely, Cambridgeshire (Hybrid)
Hours:
18-22 hours per week with flexibility on days worked (3, 4 or 5) and start/finish times.
