Our client is entering a critical phase of there Salesforce journey, migrating to a new, modern environment. This is not a lift-and-shift. We’re looking for a senior, outcome-driven Salesforce BA to challenge, redesign and optimise how they operate before and during migration.
What you’ll actually own:
*Lead end-to-end process review across Sales, Service and Operations
*Identify and remove inefficiencies, duplication and technical debt
*Define future-state processes aligned to scale, automation and reporting
*Act as a bridge between business and technical teams (Salesforce, integrations, data)
*Shape and support the migration approach (ensuring we don’t carry forward legacy issues)
*Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making at pace
*Ensure we exit the migration leaner, simpler, and more scalable

What we’re looking for:
*Strong experience as a Salesforce BA in complex environments
*Proven delivery in Salesforce migrations or major transformations
*Deep understanding of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
*Excellent process mapping, optimisation and data thinking
*Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
*Comfortable partnering with development teams to deliver improvements
*Able to work autonomously and drive outcomes
