You will play a key role in supporting the property team in handling a varied caseload of residential transactions from inception to completion. Typical responsibilities include:
*Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title
*Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as missives, dispositions, and standard securities
*Conducting title searches and reviewing property reports
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
*Providing clear and professional updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process
*Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
