Duties include:
*Providing administrative and secretarial support to solicitors in the Private Client department
*Assisting with matters relating to:
*Wills
*Tax
*Probate
*Estate administration
*Managing digital dictation typing and ensuring accurate document production
*Handling diary management and appointment scheduling
*Communicating professionally with clients via telephone and email
*Maintaining confidentiality and upholding high standards of client service
About you:
*Proven experience in a Private Client legal secretarial role
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
*Proficiency in digital dictation and Microsoft Office
*Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
