We’re working in partnership with a well-established and highly respected Top 100 accountancy practice, to recruit an ambitious Audit Senior for their Manchester office.

Audit Senior Your responsibilities will include:
*Planning, leading, and completing audit assignments from start to finish
*Supervising, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior team members
*Preparing financial statements for a range of clients
*Supporting managers and acting as a key point of contact for clients
*Contributing to ad-hoc assignments and cross-office projects
*(Optional) Supporting corporation tax work
As an Audit Senior you will be/have:
*ACA or ACCA Qualified
*Experience of leading audits from planning to completion
*Demonstrate the ability to lead staff during an audit
*ACA / ACCA qualified (or close to qualifying)
*At least 2 years’ experience in audit within practice
*Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients
*Solid technical knowledge and attention to detail
*Experience with software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or CCH (desirable, not essential)
*A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to develop
