Management Accountant
Salary: Up to £47,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to support planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
You’ll act as a key link between finance and operational teams, helping to improve performance, manage risk, and drive efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
*Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting in line with planning cycles and deadlines
*Partner with business units, Heads of Departments, and Directors to support financial planning and performance
*Provide insightful analysis, including budget variance, forecasting, and KPI tracking
*Support budgeting processes and develop realistic financial targets
*Build financial models to support strategic decision-making
*Analyse financial data and market trends to provide meaningful insights
*Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
*Support internal and external audits
*Maintain accurate financial workflows across finance systems, including SAP
*Recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and enhance business understanding


About You
*Fully qualified accountant with at least 3 years’ relevant experience
*Strong background in management accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting
*Experience working with internal stakeholders and senior management
*Advanced Excel skills (essential)
*Experience with SAP (advantageous)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
*Ambitious and driven, with a desire to develop and progress
