Job Description:
Facilities Team Administrator
Fully office-based Stratford London
35 hours per week
12-week temporary role (Immediate start)
Equivalent to £28,409 per annum
We are recruiting for a Facilities Team Administrator to support a busy team. You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries while providing efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide administrative support to the Facilities team
*Handle internal and external queries, resolving or escalating as needed
*Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation
*Support financial processes, including maintaining spreadsheets
*Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
*Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
*Contribute to team objectives and KPIs
Skills & Experience
*Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Highly organised with strong planning ability
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
*Experience with business systems (e.g. helpdesk)
