The role of Supply Planner is new to the business and will be responsible for ensuring product and material availability aligns with demand and production requirements. Working cross-functionally, you’ll help maintain efficient inventory levels while supporting ongoing business growth.


Key Responsibilities*Develop supply plans based on demand forecasts
*Translate forecasts into production and procurement requirements
*Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to align supply plans
*Monitor inventory and manage risks of shortages or excess
*Analyse data to improve lead times, stock levels, and planning processes
*Maintain planning parameters within systems and provide regular reporting
*Support seasonal and campaign planning
About You*Experience in supply, demand, or production planning (FMCG or manufacturing preferred)
*Strong Excel and ERP/MRP system skills
*Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
*Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally
*Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment


This role offers hybrid working and will be based onsite at their Hertfordshire office weekly.
