Job Description:
This role helps deliver and improve a global Salesforce CRM to support the admissions journey. You’ll gather requirements, support new features, and help teams use the system effectively.

Description
*Gather and document CRM requirements across regions and schools.
*Support the CRM roadmap by prioritising and refining backlog items.
*Write clear user stories for new features and enhancements.
*Assist in planning and executing CRM releases and school rollouts.
*Support testing by creating business scenarios and validating solutions.
*Maintain up-to-date process maps, documentation, and release notes.
*Work with cross-functional teams to improve CRM adoption and community engagement.
*Collaborate with support teams to turn user issues into actionable system improvements.
Profile
*Strong experience in business analysis within a CRM environment.
*Skilled in gathering requirements and writing clear, actionable user stories.
*Confident working with Salesforce and agile tools like Jira.
*Excellent communicator who collaborates well across teams and regionsDetail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and improve processes.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary range of £55,000 to £58,000 per annum.
*Permanent position based in London.
