Finance Assistant
Location:Blackpool (Office-Based)
Salary: £27000- £30,000 dependent on experience

The Role
We’re working with a well-established business looking to strengthen their finance team with the addition of a Finance Assistant
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll support the Management Accountants and play a key part in the day-to-day running of the finance function across multiple companies.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing daily banking reports and setting up payments
• Bank and ledger reconciliations across the group
• Credit card and petty cash processing
• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Dealing with supplier and customer queries
• Supporting improvements to finance processes
• General finance support as required
About You
• Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
• Strong Excel skills
• Xero experience would be advantageous but not essential
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to manage deadlines and prioritise workload
• Proactive, reliable and a team player
