Key responsibilities will include:
*Supporting the preparation and delivery of annual service charge actuals
*Managing cost allocations and ensuring accuracy across service charge accounts
*Responding to leaseholder and stakeholder queries, resolving issues efficiently
*Working closely with the existing team to reduce backlog and improve turnaround times
*Supporting the wider service charge cycle as required
