Sales Progressor | SE London | £35,000 – £45,000 DOE
Our client, a well established upper market independent estate agency, is looking to recruit a motivated and experienced Sales Progressor to join their South East London office.
The Sales Progressor will be responsible for progressing a high volume of sales from offer acceptance through to exchange and completion, while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout.
This Sales Progressor role requires a highly organised and efficient individual who can manage multiple stakeholders, drive transactions forward, and maintain momentum across complex chains.
Key Responsibilities *Progress and drive the sales from offer agreed through to exchange and completion within agreed timeframes
*Act as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors
*Identify and resolve issues such as survey concerns, mortgage delays, and legal obstacles
*Manage complex property chains, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed
*Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
*Review and process AML information and compliance requirements
Skills & Experience Required *Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Sales Progression or relevant property/office management experience
*Confident, target driven with strong negotiation skills
*Excellent telephone manner and client facing presentation
*Strong communicator, tenacious with an ability to build client relations
*Commercially aware with a resilient and proactive approach
*Able to work both independently and as part of a team
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Excellent work ethic
Package & Working Arrangements*Basic salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE
*Full-time, office-based role in South East London
*Flexible working hours (e.g. 9:00am – 5:00pm or 9:30am – 5:30pm)
