We are currently looking for a Design Manager who will to effectively and professionally lead day to day Design Management of our data centre projects
As the Design Manager, you will:
*Support MEP Design Management
*Support Design Deep Dive reviews.
*Support tender applications and PCSA periods. Act as a focal point to disseminate lessons learned from other projects and encourage standardisation of approaches. Ensure all Skanska minimum standards are met at the design stages.
*Add value to the design process by challenging solutions, methods and techniques where appropriate to improve build ability and reduce whole life costs.
*Promote effective Design Management processes and use of CDE platforms through design stages and project delivery
We are looking for:
*Expert understanding and experience of Design Management
*Expert understanding and experience in BS 7671 18th Edition
*Good understanding of Building Safety Act
*Good Understanding of Building Regulations
*Working Knowledge of CDE, BIM & Design Coordination software
