Description
*Financial Reporting & Control - deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to group; produce forecasts, cashflow reporting and liquidity analysis
*Process & Performance Improvement - streamline processes to improve reporting; advise on transactional finance, working capital and internal controls
*Audit & Compliance - lead year-end audit process and ensure timely statutory accounts & tax submissions
*Leadership & Collaboration - coach and support junior finance colleagues; communicate financial insights to senior management; act as a key partner across operations, influencing decision-making
*Oversight of transactional finance activities
Profile
About You:
*Newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA - ideal for first-time mover out of practice
*Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting
*Confident communicator able to partner with senior stakeholders
*Process-focused with a drive to improve systems and controls
*Eager to take ownership and grow quickly within a scaling finance structure
