Senior Workday Financials Consultant | Up to £1,000 per day | Inside IR35 | Fully Remote | Immediate Start | Full-Time | Initial 3 months (extension likely)

I’m working on a high-impact Workday Financials programme and need a top-tier consultant to come in and drive design, challenge thinking, and lead from the front.

This is not a passive delivery role, you’ll be front-facing, shaping decisions, and influencing senior stakeholders daily.

What you’ll be doing
*Leading Workday Financials design workshops
*Acting as the bridge between business & technical teams
*Driving solution design & configuration decisions
*Challenging stakeholders and adding real consulting value
*Bringing best practice from multiple implementations

What I need
*Strong Workday Financials experience (functional + technical)
*3+ full lifecycle implementations
*Proven ability to operate at senior / advisory level
*Confident running workshops and owning the room
*Someone who can challenge, not just deliver

Nice to have
*Prism Analytics / Accounting Center
*FS / Insurance experience
*Consulting background (Big 4 or similar)
*Workday certifications (current or lapsed)
