You will be working in the Building Services OU based in Walsall Manor Hospital in where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces, and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.
We are currently looking for a Commercial Assistant who will be reporting to the Commercial Manager and will be responsible for the administration of accounting and financial reporting.
As the Commercial Assistant, you will:
*Own and maintain various accrual and prepayment schedules for month end CVR reporting of Revenue and Gross Income.
*Provide first line level variance analysis for month end reporting against the forecast.
*Provide general commercial support to the team, work to deadlines and liaise with supply chain on any invoicing/finance related queries.
*To administer the various accrual and prepayment schedules for month end CVR reporting of Revenue and Gross Income. Also raise monthly client invoices.
*Track and report on monthly WIP and Debt movements.
We are looking for:
*Experience of working in an administration role in a Financial/Commercial environment.
*Experience of working directly with client representatives.
*Good computer skills including use of Microsoft Office, in particular be at an intermediate level.
*Good communication and organisational skills.
*Experience in FM industry would be beneficial.
