You will be working in the Building Services OU based in St Bartholomew’s Hospital in where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.
We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Manager who will be responsible for the development of our technologies, processes and procedures. Ensuring that operational application is standardised, governing to our overall policies
As the Senior Technical Manager, you will:
*Obtain the ability of reviewing operational asset performance data to validate the lifecycle plan, ensuring that the Capital Works pipeline is healthy whilst driving efficiencies.
*Reviewing asset performance working closely with the sustainability teams to map and influence client decisions on the plan for Net Carbon Zero.
*Reviewing declared compliance status and action plans to ensure that the correct prioritisation is applied minimising risk.
*Active participation of the development of software and hardware packages, including current and proposed.
*Act as the guidance and reviewer to the holistic Technical Management accountable for the mechanical package delivery.
We are looking for:
*B-ENG/C-ENG in applicable engineering field preferred
*Demonstration of the ability to work with, produce, and analyse engineering data and reports.
*Ability to integrate with peer groups, and manage through influence.
*Developing business processes and effectively communicate these changes to operational teams.
