We are looking for a detail-driven Technical Assistant to support our Technical team in maintaining accurate, compliant food and drink information. This role plays a key part in product governance, allergen management and supporting menu launches, helping to deliver a safe and trusted guest experience.
What you’ll be doing
*Check, validate and maintain food and drink specifications using Smart Supplier.
*Support menu launches by preparing, updating and validating specifications.
*Assist with supplier audit preparation and documentation checks.
*Support food panelling and product quality assessments.
*Proofread and review menu documentation for accuracy and compliance.
*Support food safety, allergen and quality complaint investigations.
Who we’re looking for
Essential:
*Strong attention to detail.
*Comfortable working with structured technical information.
*Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
*Clear and confident communicator.
*Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
Desirable:
*Food-related degree or relevant industry experience.
*Experience with specifications, allergens or food governance systems.
