A key client of mine who I have placed 25+ staff with are a national Chartered IFA firm with over £20bn AUM across the UK. They have grown exponentially over the past 5 years with significant financial backing whilst also maintaining a very high level of client satisfaction. The company has been operating for over 20 years and has built an outstanding reputation for providing holistic advisory services to families, retirees and some City professionals. They also manage the affairs of some elite sports professionals and public figures. Their clients hold anything between £300k - £20m of investable assets and they pride themselves on offering the highest quality service and generate new business purely through recommendation and referral. The clients are geographically spread across London and the home counties.
The Epsom office has a team of dynamic and high billing advisers who are generating lots of new business and more leads are coming in than they can handle which the Directors would like to capitalise upon. The Director of the office is looking for a Junior Paraplanner/Report Writer (with at least 12 -18 months of experience) who can support Advisers with their suitability report writing on pensions, investments, tax planning, retirement planning, IHT amongst other areas of advice. You will need to be proficient in writing basic reports but training will be provided on other more advanced topics. Cashflow modelling experience would be highly advantageous.
