The Corporate Tax Manager will oversee tax compliance and advisory matters. This position, based in Bristol, requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Direct / Corporate Tax.

Description
*Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns.
*Provide strategic tax advice to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
*Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
*Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to optimise tax efficiency.
*Collaborate with external advisors and regulatory authorities as required.
*Provide training and guidance to internal teams on tax-related matters.
*Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.
*Prepare and review tax-related reports for senior management.
Profile
A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:
*CTA, ACA, or ACCA Qualified
*Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax regulations.
*Experience managing tax compliance and advisory functions.
*Proficiency in analysing complex financial data and preparing reports.
*Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
*A proactive approach to identifying and resolving tax-related challenges.
